Meet James Borden, also known as JB by those who know him. JB's journey from serving in the Air Force to
becoming a pivotal figure in the mortgage industry encapsulates a blend of technical expertise,
leadership, and a deep understanding of mortgages and real estate. His transition from a military career
to a leader in the mortgage sector began at Huntington Beach Savings. This position honed his skills and
ignited his entrepreneurial flame, leading him to establish his own Mortgage Broker Company.

business. Jeff has experienced and had to weather all of the good, bad, and ugly of it all.
Always being known as a person who has a knack of taking something "Good to Great", Jeff wanted to
make a difference in the communities that he knew so well, and has lived in for so long. Knowing that
